Blair School of Music: Rediscovered - A Lecture Concert on the Music of Florence Price

The music of Florence Price has seen a recent reawakening. The Vanderbilt Symphonic Choir will be joined by countertenor Patrick Dailey for a selection of Price's arrangements of spirituals.

Vol State Gallery: Chip Boles Art Exhibit

Nashville Artist Chip Boles specializes in drawings in graphite and charcoal on wood panels. Boles is a muralist for Nashville Children's Theatre productions, and his work has been featured in the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. He illustrates what he calls, "realistic drawings of unreal characters."

Chaffin's Barn: Elf

The story of a human, raised by elves, who heads off to New York City to meet his real father. Faced with the harsh reality of his father's place on the naughty list, and a half brother who doesn't believe in Santa Claus, Buddy is determined to win over his family. And he has a little help from the Christmas spirit.

Nashville Ballet: Nashville's Nutcracker

This is the eleventh year of Paul Vasterling's local take on Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker. 298 dancers from Nashville Ballet take part, accompanied by members of the Nashville Symphony.
